But I would point out that, 13 times, the President of the United States' position has been unanimously reversed by the United States Supreme Court--President Obama, 13 times, unanimously reversed. Another 11 times, he has lost on a 5-4 decision. So he has stretched this Constitution beyond that. Even his own appointees in the Supreme Court can't stomach it; that is how bad this is.…”
