I am a bit perplexed that the Attorney General couldn't or wouldn't point to a part of the Constitution that he thought might be violated by Arizona law or point to a Federal statute that might be violated by Arizona law or point to a piece of Federal case law that would prohibit local law enforcement from enforcing Federal immigration law.
