And I am happy to come here and present my version of my proposal for a solution. I would pick up on the gentleman from Ohio's statement of the deficit though in November being a minus $164 billion. I just punched the calculator and you annualize that, that is times 12, that is $1.968 trillion, almost $2 trillion in annual deficit at the rate of last November. And we are dealing with that, and we are dealing with handing a check over to the incoming President in excess of $1 trillion. Now, all of this Keynesian that you talked about----
