In the meanwhile, I am for full funding of the SCAAP funding. I think that, when we have people in the country and we are not enforcing immigration law, we should make sure that local jails are funded when they are picking up people that are unlawfully present in America. I support the Byrne JAG grants. I want to give that to them, but we cannot do that under provisions if the local subdivisions are violating law.…”
