I think he cares about how much hegemony he can deliver from the seat that he has. I think that the good will that came among the Russian people, his popularity numbers had to go up. Remember, this is a man who went through a difficult contentious election in 2012. There were demonstrations in the streets in multiple places around Russia.…”
