“Madam Speaker, thank you. I appreciate very much the privilege to be recognized to address you here on the floor of the House of Representatives in this great deliberative body that we have. I appreciate the gentleman from Utah who so eloquently spoke in the previous period of time. But there are a couple of things that we don't talk about very much in this country, and, that is, if you would go to the USCIS stack of flashcards, and these are glossies about, I suppose, 2\1/2\ inches by about 5, like a deck of them.…”
