I thank the chairman. We expect the President to abide by the provisions in it. We will follow through on our part of this bargain, if not. And this Congress has an opportunity to veto. So what a wonderful thing it is to go into a trade promotion authority circumstance and know that for the next 6 to 9 years the U.S. Trade Representative will not be negotiating global warming, will not be negotiating immigration. We preserve that for the United States Congress, as the Constitution directs. So that level of confidence lets us then focus on the trade agreements that are good for the economic growth of the United States of America. That is what is in front of us here today, and I am very grateful we have gotten to this point. I urge adoption of the customs bill.
