In reclaiming my time and in thanking the gentlemen from Georgia and Missouri, in our last minute here, Mr. Speaker, I'd make the point that I'm happy to say ``no'' to bad ideas, N-O to bad ideas. The American people are glad of that. They were glad when Nancy Reagan said, ``Just say `no.' '' We're just saying ``no'' to socialized medicine. We're saying ``yes'' to good ideas, including ending lawsuit abuse, selling health insurance across State lines, full deductibility, HSAs, portability, and transparency.
