It is really remarkable to me, Mr. Keller, that this legislation ignores totally any type of sanction on the union.
But then my first question was, why in the world did we have any new regulations?
I know that President Trump as a candidate said that for every new regulation, eliminate two old ones.
The only people that benefit from this proposal in H.R. 2474... are trial lawyers and some law professors.
