(a) None of the funds made available in this Act may be used to finalize, implement, administer, or enforce the documents described in subsection (b). (b) For purposes of this section, the documents described in this subsection are the following: (1) Policy Number 10072.1, published on March 2, 2011. (2) Policy Number 10075.1, published on June 17, 2011. (3) Policy Number 10076.1, published on June 17, 2011. (4) The Memorandum of November 17, 2011, from the Principal Legal Advisor of United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement pertaining to ``Case-by-Case Review of Incoming and Certain Pending Cases''. (5) The Memorandum of June 15, 2012, from the Secretary of Homeland Security pertaining to ``Exercising Prosecutorial Discretion with Respect to Individuals Who Came to the United States as Children''. (6) The Memorandum of December 21, 2012, from the Director of United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement pertaining to ``Civil Immigration Enforcement: Guidance on the Use of Detainers in the Federal, State, Local, and Tribal Criminal Justice Systems''.
