None of the funds made available by this Act may be used to make payments (or to pay the salaries and expenses of personnel of the Department of Agriculture to make payments) under section 201 of the Claims Resolution Act of 2010 (Public Law 111-291; 124 Stat. 3070), relating to the final settlement of claims from In re Black Farmers Discrimination Litigation, or section 14012 of the Food, Conservation, and Energy Act of 2008 (Public Law 110-246; 122 Stat. 2209).
