And you don't have a category for jobs created. You have a category for jobs saved or created. That didn't exist until President Obama created that phrase. Now if you get down to 3\1/2\ million jobs left, the President could always claim, well, that's the 3\1/2\ million I saved. Government doesn't create jobs. It gets out of the way so the private sector can, Mr. Speaker. We need a budget, and we need a budget now. ____________________”
