If I really--going to be the drug czar that had to solve this problem and had to lay out a plan to do that, there is a lot of personal privacy rights that would be in question.

I could not find any. As I mentioned previously, all of the legislative proposals in this bill harm employees and employers, including only fines on employers.

At a minimum, there should be 30 days before an intelligent thoughtful discussion, pros and cons.
