It is clear that the cattle market is insufficient because there is no one that has access to the same information.
I am a supporter of my Senate colleagues, Senator Grassley and Senator Fischer's Cattle Price Discovery and Transparency Act (S. 4030), and I intend to lead this bill with Congresswoman Axne to get it to the House Floor.
But there is always research that is needed, and that is why I love my land-grant institution so much, Iowa State University that does a tremendous job.
the fear is, does the Administration, does the EPA understand that we are the breadbasket to the world, and can we do things to be productive instead of punitive?
