Mr. Speaker, this bipartisan, bicameral legislation is critical in making sure that kids have the access to lifesaving care that they need without burdensome overregulation. The question is on the motion offered by the gentlewoman from Iowa (Mrs. Miller-Meeks) that the House suspend the rules and pass the bill, H.R. 4758, as amended. The question was taken; and (two-thirds being in the affirmative) the rules were suspended and the bill, as amended, was passed. The title of the bill was amended so as to read: ``A bill to amend title XIX of the Social Security Act to streamline enrollment under the Medicaid program of certain providers across State lines, and to prevent the use of abusive spread pricing in Medicaid.''.
