But for those 21 Democratic votes or for others who may consider future votes on trade, this is going to end up with a bottom-line deal here. The bottom line is you either support free trade and give the House the ability to go as a conference and continue to move on trade, or you are not. But you cannot go home and tell everybody, I am a free trader, but it just was not a perfect way for me to cast my vote. Because it is going to be measured. It is going to be measured not only in D.C., but throughout the land. You are either voting for free trade or you are rejecting it.
