The Harvest Festival will highlight our agricultural roots and how they have shaped who we are as both Iowans and Americans throughout centuries.

When students have more opportunities to explore careers, earn credentials and gain real world experience while they’re still in high school, we build the next generation of workforce leaders in our communities.

Workforce help should be a model for modern workforce training because it delivers what workers and employers need most — speed, relevance, and results.

I’m here to ask Iowans to consider this, step up, and especially if you’re under 30, we’d love to see you participate, be a blood donor, and truly make a difference in our state and for those that need it.
