I stated a number of facts of how many millions of Americans benefit from this plan. One is: Keep and create jobs. That is what this bill does. The other is: Tax cut now. That is what we are going to have the opportunity to vote on. There is going to be a great debate after this rule on the Thomas tax bill that he will present, but the reality is, at the end of the day, we are going to pass that legislation and we are going to help people go back to work. We have also done some important things with the unemployment insurance today. It is a good Bush agenda. It is an agenda that the American people want, and they are going to have it.
