It`s confusing. They`re sending mixed messages constantly. It`s contradictory. I think it sets us back and what we`re trying to do with encouraging people to get vaccinated.

We can open our schools back up, we can open our colleges back up, we can continue to move forward, but we have to have personal responsibility.
