Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that when the Senate completes its business today, it adjourn until 12 noon, Monday, February 6; that following the prayer and pledge, the morning hour be deemed expired, the Journal of proceedings be approved to date, and the time for the two leaders be reserved for their use later in the day; further, that the Senate proceed to a period of morning business for leader remarks, with no motions in order, for up to 15 minutes; and following leader remarks, the Senate proceed to executive session to resume consideration of the DeVos nomination.
