But, folks, you know, my mom and dad always had a saying: Just because you can do it doesn't mean you should. Yes, you can put blanket holds on these nominees, but what is that doing to our Nation right now? It is not solving the travel policy. That is our job. We have to figure this out. And it is not getting these men and women into the positions that are needed for our readiness and our national security.…”
