when the President started this tirade, this was the first one he put in was the Grand Staircase Escalante. It has been there 4 years. Money has been appropriated for it. I would be happy, as I told the gentleman from Washington (Mr. Dicks) and anyone else, to take all of the money out. Why did they not do that? We did not ask for that 5.3 million acres. That did not come from Utah. That was from the administration. That did not come from us. If my colleagues want to strike that and put this in the amendment, I would accept that in a heartbeat. Go ahead and take it. Take the dang thing.
