I want to just pin this down. The gentleman would say it is fair to say that there are many countries in the world where the prices are significantly less than they are in the United States; even though the drugs are exactly the same, they are made in the United States, they are shipped overseas, where they do not have price controls in those countries, but that the price is set by what the market will bear. Would the gentleman say that is a correct statement?
