If I may jump in here, many would criticize our specific plans, either to balance the budget or to reform and preserve and protect Medicare. I am sure that there are some things in all of those areas that the gentleman and I might prefer to see changed in some respects, too. We cannot have legislation that is this big and agree with every single thing. But the overall thrust is responsibility. I would say this: I think the American public feels very strongly that there should be a sense of fairness. So if the opposition criticizes our plan to save Medicare in 5 years, and we all know, everyone agrees that the trust fund will be empty and there will be insufficient funds to pay the bills in 5 years. We all know that. This is a given.
