“he just admitted I was right. He said every time they took money away from our tax cut allotment in the budget, they took it to offset spending someplace else. That is exactly my point. They never did take any money away from it to put against the bottom line. They took it away because they wanted to spend it someplace else. They want to continue that money coming into Washington. They want more money to spend. I will take them seriously when they want to reduce the amount of money in the budget for tax cuts and put it against the bottom line.”
