The clerk will read the titles of the bills for the second time. The bill clerk read as follows: A bill (H.R. 582) to provide for increases in the Federal minimum wage, and for other purposes. A bill (H.R. 748) to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to repeal the excise tax on high cost employer-sponsored health coverage.
