The legislative clerk read as follows: Mrs. Hutchison moves that the managers on the part of the Senate at the conference on the disagreeing votes of the 2 Houses on the Senate amendments to the bill H.R. 4297 (to provide for reconciliation pursuant to the concurrent resolution on the budget for fiscal year 2006 (H. Con. Res. 95)) be instructed to insist on the inclusion in the final conference report of a permanent extension of the election to deduct State and local general sales taxes (based on section 105 of the amendment passed by the Senate).”
