The legislative clerk read as follows: Mr. Grassley moves that the managers on the part of the Senate at the conference on the disagreeing votes of the 2 Houses on the Senate amendment to the bill H.R. 4297 (to provide for reconciliation pursuant to the concurrent resolution on the budget for fiscal year 2006 (H. Con. Res. 95)) be instructed to insist on the inclusion in the final conference report of the funding to support the health needs of America's veterans and military personnel contained in section 315 of the Senate amendment and the funding to strengthen America's military contained in title VI of the Senate amendment.
