If we really cared about fair elections and fair efforts at organizing, then I think that there should be something in this bill that allows for the organizers to have access to the employee.

I should think that we would want to put that kind of provision--it is still, if we really want to be fair about things.

In this bill once a community of interest group of employees is identified...an employer who seeks to expand the bargaining unit...organizers would have to get more and more signatures in order to proceed with an election.
