The revelations over wait times at the Department of Veterans Affairs and other systemic problems at the VA have severely shaken the trust that veterans, their families, and the general public should have in the VA health care system.
Your report put forth a number of recommendations. I am particularly looking at Recommendations 17 to 23, and the VA has said that they will meet those recommendations by September 2015.
