Mr. President, I would like to announce that the Committee on Indian Affairs will meet during the session of the Senate on September 13, 2012, in room SD-628 of the Dirksen Senate Office Building, at 2:15 p.m., to conduct a business meeting to consider S. 675, the Native Hawaiian Government Reorganization Act of 2011; S. 1345, the Spokane Tribe of Indians of the Spokane Reservation Grand Coulee Dam Equitable Compensation Settlement Act; and S. 1684, the Indian Tribal Energy Development and Self-Determination Act Amendments of 2011 to be followed immediately to conduct a hearing entitled ``Addressing the Costly Administrative Burdens and Negative Impacts of the Carcieri and Patchak Decisions''.
