Make certain that every single American, men, women, rich, poor, old, young, have the kind of coverage that they want for themselves and for their families.

We disagree strenuously with the report that was put out. We believe that our plan will cover more individuals at a lower price and give them the choices that they want, for the coverage that they want for themselves and for their family…

This is maybe working for government, maybe working for insurance companies, but it is not working for patients.

We need a system that incentivizes innovation, and a system that provides choices to patients.
