I think it is appropriate for us no matter who is in the White House or who is in certain offices or majorities in the House and the Senate to recognize sometimes there is a change of direction when there is a change of leadership.

I applaud you and the Administration for being one the most pro-life Administrations that we have seen in many, many years.

As chairman of the House Armed Services Subcommittee on Readiness, I am grateful for the opportunity to ensure our soldiers, sailors, and airmen and marines have the training, equipment, and resources they need to complete their mission.

I wholeheartedly support efforts by the Trump administration to create more affordable options for consumers, protect human life, and respect an individual's right of conscience.
