it is, I think, fair for the Secretary to respond that they are going to fully comply with the law when I think we all know this is a political stunt by the new majority that just could not wait to get a gavel and to scour through all of the rules of the Ways and Means Committee into how they might use their political power and influence to retaliate against a political opponent that they just disagree with.
