Every child should have those kinds of opportunities.

As chairman of the House Armed Services Subcommittee on Readiness, I am grateful for the opportunity to ensure our soldiers, sailors, and airmen and marines have the training, equipment, and resources they need to complete their mission.

The child separation policy I think has been an enormous mistake and I think has poisoned the debate and the discussion a great deal.

They don't think anybody can do anything with this place up here, and, for the most part, I think they are right.
