Where we stood in Georgia prior to Brian Kemp was a 20-week ban, that I also found deeply objectionable. But what Brian Kemp has done is go so far afield that 72% of women — 72% of Georgians disagree with what we have right now, which is almost a total ban.
Brian Kemp is doing an excellent job of showing that he is an extremist who has a hard right agenda that is not in the best interest of Georgia.
I think that President Biden clearly articulated what is at stake, but I want to urge caution that we not be distracted by the carnival barkers that we see in a Donald Trump or Lindsey Graham and we ignore those who are just as dangerous to democracy like Ron DeSantis or Brian Kemp or Brad Raffensperger.
Brian Kemp is so dangerous to Georgia. He`s dangerous to the women of Georgia. He`s dangerous to the families of Georgia. He`s dangerous to the economy of Georgia.
