We listened to an hour and a half discussion from folks on the other side of the aisle tonight, and anybody who watched that would remember, I hope, that not one single dollar figure was mentioned. They never mentioned how much money was being spent. All they talked about was cuts. Would you just talk about again what you said about the money that is being spent this year and the amount of money that is going to be spent next year on the very program they are complaining about?
