I rise to discuss the impact ObamaCare is already having on my constituents, likewise, as my colleague said, in my home State of Georgia. One of my constituents, Jeanie from Twin City, GA, is a registered nurse in a small hospital. Her husband is a retired Navy officer who served this country honorably for 20 years. They are on TRICARE, so Jeanie didn't need her employer to pay for her health care. However, because of ObamaCare, Jeanie's employer is cutting her hours to less than 30 hours a week, which means a drastic pay cut for her and her family.
