there have been several editorials written by newspapers in my State that are very critical of the Democrats for the obstructionist attitude and filibustering of this particular nomination of Miguel Estrada. One of those editorials was written by the Atlanta Constitution, which is extremely critical of the process the Democrats are going through tonight as they have for the last 3 weeks. The Atlanta Constitution is one of the most liberal papers in the United States of America.
