It's truly unfortunate that General Alexander was put out there on a limb by himself by the administration to seek to explain these programs.

I hope with maybe some flexibility that we're giving to all of your commands in the CR that hopefully will get completed in the next couple of days, maybe we can figure out a way to continue to utilize some of those platforms.

We're trying to make sure that all of that information that was available was shared. If it wasn't, then there may be somebody who dropped the ball.
