I appreciate the gentleman yielding. I was not here for opening statements. I imagine that all time was yielded for the purpose of debate only. Mr. McGOVERN. Mr. Speaker, we just want to bring up the DREAM Act so we can resolve this issue today, but I am hoping that the gentleman would be more favorable than his predecessor.
