I thank my friend from California for her comments. She is absolutely right. I talked so much about the economics of WRDA, and she talked about the truly lifesaving aspects of WRDA. We are talking about flood control in so many of these projects. She mentioned the West Sacramento projects in California. Just going through California alone, Mr. Speaker, the American River Common Features project, the San Diego County storm risk reduction project, the South San Francisco Bay Shoreline project, the Los Angeles River project are all being worked through and approved. These projects are not just going to put people to work. These projects are going to make people safer. I thank my colleague for recognizing that and for helping to celebrate that with me. I reserve the balance of my time.
