There is not one provision in this rule on which we disagree. And Mr. Speaker, you will not hear anyone on this floor say otherwise. But it's not just the minority whip, who I would very much like to yield to if I have time remaining; it's the minority leader. The same Rules Committee hearing: ``Here is a place where we are all in agreement. Whatever else we have, we can continue that conversation later.'' ``We can continue that conversation later.'' Let's do what we all agree on.
