“I have an amendment at the desk. The Acting CHAIR. The Clerk will designate the amendment. The text of the amendment is as follows: Page 14, after line 13 insert the following: ``(4) No liability for non-participation.--Nothing in this section shall be construed to subject a protected entity, self-protected entity, cyber security provider, or an officer, employee, or agent of a protected entity, self- protected entity, or cybersecurity provider, to liability for choosing not to engage in the voluntary activities authorized under this section.
