I have an amendment at the desk. The Acting CHAIR. The Clerk will designate the amendment. The text of the amendment is as follows: Page 1, strike line 9 through page 3, line 8 and insert the following: SEC. 102. PURPOSE. It is the purpose of this title to implement reasonable, comprehensive, and effective health care liability reforms designed to-- The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 591, the gentleman from Georgia (Mr. Woodall) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes. The Chair recognizes the gentleman from Georgia.
