I thank the gentlewoman for yielding. The appalling videos that have been released revealing Planned Parenthood's horrific activities should spur deep concern in every American. In a recent hearing with Secretary Burwell, I asked her whether the Department of Health and Human Services would probe into these allegations, but she refused to commit to an investigation. We have a moral responsibility to act to investigate this organization's actions and hold them accountable.
