I thank the gentleman from Minnesota for yielding 30 seconds. Madam Chair, I think we all agree that No Child Left Behind does not work. I think we all agree that every child deserves a good education. That is what H.R. 5 provides. It provides our teachers, our boards of education, and our States the opportunity to innovate. Isn't that what education is all about? That is what the business world is all about. That is why I am supporting this bill.
