Current tax policies in this country hinder and punish U.S. companies that conduct business overseas. We would like them to do well and get into other markets, but if they want to bring that money back into this country, they are taxed at 35 percent. Now, Senator Dorgan and Senator Harkin oppose this investment in America. Can Senator Dorgan share with us the positive economic impact if this were actually put into law?
