I would say, Mr. President, to the Senator from Massachusetts, this is an opportunity for all of us to come together in a bipartisan fashion. I know one of the occasions when I was at Walter Reed Hospital the Senator from Massachusetts was there at the same time. And we see the outstanding work the professionals provide for those men and women who have been injured. This is one issue where I believe all Americans, regardless of party, regardless of region, need to come together to make sure funding is there. I thank the Senator from Massachusetts.
