That they will put 100 paid volunteers in some 70 congressional districts. So you do not have to be a rocket scientist to figure out why the other side is scared to death of a procedure or management tool that those labor bosses do not want. I might add to that, but the employees--as I noted just a moment ago, it was the employees, not management, who came from my State today and yesterday asking for this new vehicle. I think the American worker, unlike the boss system in this city, the American worker wants these flexibilities.
